Boxing fans will be delighted to know that another power bout is in the horizon with the clinching of the deal for a 12 round fight between Panama’s Luis "El Nica" Concepción (19-1, 14 KOs) and Mexico’s Eric Ortiz (19-1, 14 KOs), in April 22, 2010.

From his field of training, located in the Federal District of Mexico, the world-wide former champion Eric Ortiz is a present challenger to the newly gained interim WBA flyweight title of Luis Concepcion. Eric Ortiz declared to be in excellent physical training conditions. His first encounter with El Nica didn’t show him any absolute impression towards the match. As he said, “It did not seem anything of the other world; I did not see anything of him more. We are in equal conditions”.

On the previous victories of Luis Concepcion, he could see another win against Ortiz. He supposes that he knows well how the match will be played to defend his belt.

The Company Promotions and Events of the Isthmus displayed the complete billboard “Soul of Guerrero” which titles the fight in the Casino Crown at Arena Roberto Duran, Panama City, Panama.
